Résidence basique mais correcte

Il faut faire abstraction du parking qui jouxte un chantier et qui ressemble à un terrain vague. Il faut faire abstraction des parties communes assez peu engageantes Et vous trouverez un studio assez spacieux, avec "tout ce qu'il faut" pour un séjour de courte durée. Il ne faut pas rechercher d'éléments de décoration ou des équipements en parfait état mais vu le prix (environ 50€) cela est largement acceptable.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mein Zimmer war von der Aufteilung nicht ideal, das Badezimmer deutlich überaltert. Die Matratze war doch gut, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich wie hilfsbereit! Wenn man nicht zu viel erwartet, dann kann man dort gut auch mehrere Nächte Verbringen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut okay.

Absolutely appalling. Receptionist was so rude it almost took my breath away. Rooms tiny, cramped, uncomfortable. Go anywhere else, even if you pay more. It's a pity that you cannot give a negative rating

Before my arrival they charged my credit card and imposed me extra transaction fee while my reservation was flexible, the heater didn,t work properly and room was cold mid-night and even there was no blanket in the room.

This has got to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I would’ve spend the extra money for a different place has I known. It smelled, staff wasn’t available, the “bed” was a sofa that flipped any time one of us leaned to the left and the entire building (including rooms) where in a horrid condition.

Un appart' au tarif d'un hotel bon marché!

Découverte du principe appart'hotel montempo... très agréablement surpris par la formule "cocooning"... habitué aux services classiques des hôtels pas chers type "F1", j'ai découvert, pour la même gamme de tarif (!), une chambre spacieuse, douche, tv bien sûr, mais une vraie autonomie laissée au client! Coin cuisine, frigo (le pied!!), moi qui me déplace beaucoup en camping avec tout mon petit attirail, j'ai été bluffé par tous les petits détails qui peuvent paraître insignifiants mais qui m'ont donné tranquillité. Ex: éponge fournie, ainsi que liquide vaisselle, torchon, tout le nécessaire de cuisine bien sûr... Un bon moment, je me croyais étudiant dans mon petit appartement. Allez 2 points négatifs pour faire comprendre que ce n'est pas le "Big Brother" de la firme qui écrit: l'isolation phonique présente des défauts, ça va que tout l'hôtel est calme, mais je l'ai trouvé avec plus de défauts qu'un simple "F1", peut-être la porte tout simplement. Et point négatif pour la collecte des déchets, moi le petit vosgien qui essaie de faire gaffe, il n'y a vraiment pas possibilité de faire facilement et sérieusement le tri sélectif... A cuisiner en autonome, on se retrouve très vite avec verre, boîtes de conserve et cartons, quelle tristesse de se retrouver à tout mettre ensemble dans une poubelle unique!! Surtout que le guide rapide posé sur la table encourage avec la phrase culte "pensez au tri sélectif!", y penser c'est bien, nous donner les moyens de l'appliquer c'est mieux!

je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon sejour car je n'ai pas eu d eau chaude pour prendre une douche, ce qui n est pas admissible, vu le prix payé . a ce titre, je souhaiterais un rembousement. de plus , la couverture était plutot douteuse. les draps étaient propres mais il faut aussi laver la couverture! les plaque de cuisson étaient noircies et ne fonctionnaient pas la receptionniste était serviable et m a aidé à monter mon bagage tres lourd à l etage;;;;;il n y a pas d ascenseur, ce qui n est pas acceptable pour un hotel pres de roissy.....
