"It was a good experience! Everything was good . The hotel needs some love! It’s looking worn and my carpet in my room was all cut up and needed replaced as the room did not smell clean and fresh. But for the money ! It was a great value"

"This is a very hip hotel with very tiny rooms - only for 2 people at most. We enjoyed the kitschy decor and the room was clean and everything was controlled by an ipad which my kid enjoyed. Problem is I took a really bad fall on the rooftop pool and ended up at ER and Urgent care where it was determined I had a fractured rib and deep bruising. The area around the pool is very dangerous and slick. I called the hotel to tell them what happened and was told I needed to email the management and inform the. I emailed them and they have not answered after a week, which basically tells me all I need to know about how much they don't care. It's really too bad but I feel like the slick surface is that way to fit the aesthetic of the hotels "theme" without any regard to the safety of their guests. It's a shame"
