They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. "My BA flight was cancelled at 11pm. Not only did this hotel have a spare room, they came out and picked me up from the airport and then took me back the next morning. While everyone else was queuing for taxis at the airport, I was in a very spacious, quiet, clean and modern bedroom. They also provided a very good breakfast. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend."
