"There was an extremely ugly incident displayed towards me by apt Manager. She foul- mouthed me by using the profanity “fxxk” word, because of the confusion over the front door issue. She also chased after me to accuse me taking her door stopper. Then I went back into the apt to show her where the door stopper was. We are honest people, I was extremely upset over these two issues. "The property was great and we loved the amenities. The breakfast was phenomenal. But, the website says there is a free shuttle from the airport and when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay. We asked at the front desk and were told that yes we had to pay and that the website is very out of date. We were also charged a tourist tax that wasnt much but again was an extra, unexpected charge."
