"The hotel was new and with good amenities and parking included at the mall across the street. The location was also good. The only draw back was the music from the resturant across the street."

"Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. Between the lack of hospitality and the inconvenience, it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for."

"The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel. "My favorite hotel in Heraklion. Staff were excellent. My room upgrade to the 5th floor was exceptional. The carrot soup in Per Se restaurant was wonderful. Pool temperature was perfect. Unlike other hotels there is no charge to use pool towels. All staff are excellent."
