"Really nice stay at the Hyatt. The grounds are very well maintained and the Suite access was a definite plus. Only area of improvement is communication of the staff. We requested an early breakfast as we were leaving before 6am for a flight, which was confirmed multiple times by the staff. Unfortunately it was not communicated to the morning team so no breakfast was organised for us when we checked out. A small but frustrating issue. Would stay again though!"

"From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. Security was in the parking lot to ensure the property was secure and people not staying at the hotel were escorted away. The check in process was very quick and easy. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, stocked with all items needed and comfortable. "If you are looking for beautiful people who are there to assist you in EVERY way .. this is the place to be. It is so close to the Stupa in Bouda and the Sechen Monastery. And several places to eat nearby and of course great shopping around the Stupa and in the little shops on the side roads. "

"Lovely hotel with nice, big rooms beautiful pool/bar area, great gym and nice staff. It is also located in a nice area with walking distance to several places including buddha stoupa, without being a noisy area. Breakfast was okay, a little lacking for our taste BUT the omelet and the fruits were VERY nice. Again: staff was very helpful and nice! Some minus for: the floors in the room could have had a scrubbing down. Not a huge issue for us but still."

"Hot shower 24/7 and heating / air conditioning. Usual in Europe but not that much usual in Nepal outside of 5 stars palaces. The rooms are quite good but the food is simply excellent! Staff is nice and professional."
