"I booked a two night stay at the Bay Inn when I decided to extend my vacation,on the recommendation of my sister, who had stayed at Bay Inn several times.My room was absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable.I had a great view of the bay from my window!The room had great soundproofing, so despite being next to a busy road,I was able to sleep well.I didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment on that.The staff was friendly and very helpful when I needed some quarters for the washer and dryer.I would definitely stay at the Bay Inn again!"

"First of all, the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and efficient. Our king room facing the beach was clean and comfortable with a very comfortable bed and excellent view. The property is rather dated but efforts have been made to update colors and furnishings, though I'm glad we didn't have to use the sleeper sofa because the springs were sagging and it was even uncomfortable to sit on. The location is excellent. It's easy to walk to restaurants and stores and many interesting sights are within a short driving distance. The beach is great for children with two sand volleyball nets for those that wish to get more exercise."

"Got lucky to stay here last minute. Clean bed and shower. Exactly what I needed. Also enjoyed the walk out patio from the room. Very nice staff. Good breakfast."

"Rooms clean, nice kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, table, pull out couch in the room that had 2 bedrooms. Loved the beach, firepit and wood provided. Kayak's available for use. Close to Walmart and downtown Tawas City."
