There were a ton of ants and gecko’s in our room which is to be expected building anything in a warm climate. "The whole place was amazing! The cabins were bare bones but clean and cute. We had a porch in the back right by the rainforest, but wished there had been comfy chairs to sit on instead of a small, hard bench. The bathrooms were clean with some interesting insect life to observe while sitting there. Showers were hot and good pressure. The Toucan Cafe up front was superb - we ate every meal there. There is comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Fridge and coffee maker are available for guests....

"We had a terrible experience. There was no hot water, the Wifi was so weak it barely worked. There was no television and last but not least NO hot water. Power outage happened about 5 times.. we went to the desk and literally everyone was gone from the hotel.. The lights to see down the triple staircase were out completely.. "If you’re looking for a jungle stay this is a beautiful property- just gorgeous! The staff is super nice & helpful. The ziplining was the highlight of our time there. We took a waterfall hike too where we saw a Jaguar & snake. Due to no fault of their own we got rained in for a day due to random flash flood. I would avoid staying in rainy season.
