"A wonderful experience at the Syntopia. The staff were friendly and attentive without being formal or overpowering. As an example, the person on reception who checked us in remembered our room number a week later at check out! Had an amazing massage at the spa and made the most of the pool and roof top bar every day Food was fresh, tasty and varied every day"

"We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent throughout, with friendly, attentive staff who were always available and made us feel genuinely well looked after. The food was a highlight. We had breakfast each morning and one evening meal, both of very good quality, with a wide selection and plenty of vegetarian and some vegan options. Breakfast wasnโt quite as hot as the evening meal, but was still very good. The restaurant itself is lovely, overlooking the pool. Our room was modern, clean and spacious, with a huge balcony, a lovely hot tub and a great second-floor view of the pool and sea. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lighting system was very useful. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of space and no difficulty finding sunbeds. The beachfront location is a real highlight, with a gorgeous sandy beach and clear blue water. We even managed to get a cabana twice, free for guests of the hotel. The spa and indoor pool were also excellent. We both had massages, which were genuinely very good and better than many hotel spa treatments. The location is great, towards the end of the main strip but with restaurants and bars in every direction. The old town is around a 40-minute walk or 10-minute taxi ride away, and e-scooters & bikes are readily available nearby. We honestly have no negatives to mention, it is a fantastic hotel and an easy recommendation."

"The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. Itโs definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isnโt much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things youโve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!"

"Hotel easy to find, next to large supermarket on a main road, a mile from the cross island route. Some parking, 3 allocated spaces and then on street parking nearby Has a lift but some stairs involved for most rooms. Room was a 2 room apartment with a large lounge/kitchen area, with a large Smart TV, oven, hob and fridge. Balcony off each room, large shower room, and plenty of storage space. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pool area limited, not enough sunbeds and begins to lose sun from about 3pm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. 100yds from the massive beach and its safe promenade full of bars and restaurants leading to town, about a mile away. The main road option I would avoid on foot, parked cars and busy junctions."

"This is a good resort with many pools and spa but not on the beach. There is a shuttle that takes you to a small cove across the street but it has limited chairs/sunbeds and can get taken very early. Good food option with a main buffet (excellent choice) and two other restaurants that were not part of the half board. Excellent sunset views from all rooms. Best to get rooms higher up the hill. Rooms are comfortable. Rooms without the pools are bigger actually. We had no hot water for a day which was quite inconvenient as we were supposed to go out for hiking early morning. Showers are messy due to the way they are designed. I donโt like the concept of not having a wash basin in the toilet. But overall a good experience but if you want to be on the beach this is not what you should choose."

"Really enjoyed our stay, my kids loved it. The hotel is lovely and has the most beautiful sunset form our sea view bunglalow and the bar area. The food was great, the all inclusive options were fantasitc and such great value. The cleanliness of the rooms and everywhere was impeccable. Thank you! We will deifnitely be back"

"Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was done within the hour."
