"This was a very disappointing experience. The unit advertised appears to be used as bait to secure bookings. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be moved to a different apartment approximately 500 meters away. This was never communicated prior to arrival. The alternative unit was not what we originally booked and not what was advertised. We had to firmly insist on either a refund or being given the exact unit we paid for. Only after pushing back did the property manager agree to...

"If you want to treat yourself and sleep in luxury stay here. This is one of the best hotels in the area. Access to stores is unmatched. The rooms are spectacular and worth every penny."

"Superb hotel! We’re really glad we found this place for our 4-night stay in Beijing. The garden is absolutely charming and relaxing, and the location is very convenient, with so many restaurants and a few coffee shops in the area. One tip: if you’re taking a taxi, wait for the driver at the hutong entrance instead of asking them to drive inside. We made that mistake, and the driver had to navigate the narrow hutong, but luckily they managed to get through without any scratches!"

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was convenient for visiting Beijing’s main attractions and getting around the city.
