"The stay was decent. The food was average. The biggest negative was the AC in the room was working very poorly. Every night I woke up feeling hot in the room. Though AC temperature was set at 16 Degrees, the actual temperature achieved was never beyond 23 and something would happen to the AC every night around 2 am when it would stop working for a while and the start again. This is the reason why I would not recommend this place. "

"Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble.
