"really enjoyed our stay ,when checking in at reception staff were really helpful and very polite and friendly the cookie we received was a very nice touch .Room was very clean plenty of space to put our belongings. Bed was so comfortable. On our return back to hotel we went to the sky lounge, again staff very polite and friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family."

I would say borderline discriminatory against a specific ethnic group when comparisons we're made pertaining to treatment & service to others We stayed for two nights and would not recommend anyone staying here. The only consolation was restaurant staff who we're brilliant."

"The room was clean, with a few small rubbish from previous guest. The room itself is quite dated, but that is the nature of the building. The staff were excellent, very welcoming and cheerful. They deserve great praise. Wifi was reliable. The breakfast was tasty and a classic full English breakfast. Coffee machines provided tasty coffee too."
