"We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone...
