"Beautiful hotel but they skip in regards to bed size and pillows. Came for a good night sleep but was disappointed. Pillows and actual size of bed was less than satisfactory. They gave us 2 rollaways? However, the room itself looked great as does the general hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful but at the end of the night we didn't get a great sleep. "

"Avoid the first level above dining area, otherwise early morning breakfast diners will wake you up. Also, if light sleeper, avoid side next to Train station, street cleaners, cars, luggage rollers on sidewalk, tram is side ok. Best side is parking lot corner. This is a budget friendly nothing fancy convenient to Reims,with tram steps away and TGV Champagne Ardenne station for 31 minute trip to CDG at about €63 one way. "Chambre très propre, literie très confortable, déjeuner excellent au 9ieme étage avec une superbe vue. Carlos a été tres attentif à nos demandes. Le système de ventilation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre et il nous a fait tout de suite changer pour une chambre plus grande qui serait moins chaude. "
