"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous...

"Es ist eine rundum schöne Unterkunft mit modernen Zimmern sowie sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen im Haus ist hervorragend sowohl das Frühstück wie auch die anderen Gerichte, die man im Restaurant haben kann. Um das Haus gibt es schöne Wege zum Laufen oder auch andere sportliche Aktivitäten sind möglich. Rundum ein zu empfehlendes Hotel, dass wir sicherlich wieder besuchen werden."

"The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."
