"Close to restaurants and I 95"

"The breakfast was better than expected!"

"The staff were wonderful. Bed and linens were clean and room was spacious. Issues are unfortunately outside of the staffs hands. The facilities of the property need some repair work. Faucets were broken and corroded. Walls and sinks stained and/or damaged. Large gaps in the floor planks. Hot water was all but non existent. Maxing out only hot water gave you luke warm water with very low pressure. Adding any cold at all to try and get water pressure made it freezing. Can't complain too much due to price and great staff. But functioning hot water and basic repairs are much needed. "

"We were right across the street from Central Park. Also, close to I95. No real amenities just coffee and hot water in the morning and they did have an ice machine . It covered all that we required and the staff was accommodating and friendly."

"My main concern is cleanliness and the shower was not clean. Also, coffee and hot water offered in lobby were luke warm. If it's not hot then don't offer it."

"Very clean staff was so helpful and nice Highly recommend this hotel. Enjoy the salt water pool. That was great treat. .Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Room was very clean and comfortable. I give this hotel 100 percent ratings. "
