"Very spacious and modern hotel room. In terms of service, we ordered a steak that was overcooked and dry at the restaurant that took over 1/2 hour to arrive - and the manager agreed to take it off the bill after we complained."

"The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly and more than helpful when asked for directions. I forgot a toothbrush and they brought one to the room (free of charge). Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and luxurious, great toiletry options and great in-room coffee. Amenities on site are excellent. The restaurant was great, the beverage options in the lobby are wonderful. Hotel location is excellent, right next to Union Station and easy to walk through downtown. "

"Stayed at the catbird 2 nights for shows at mission ballroom. Everything was lovely. From the receptionist to the accommodations. Easy walk to the venue. Fun day in RINO at shops taverns restaurants. The Catbird is everything. Definitely going back"
