"I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any. On Sunday night I reported this to desk. On Monday morning at checkout I...

"Parking was safe and easy. Room was good size with large bathroom. Staff friendly. Hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants. Will stay again."

The only reason I give it one star was the other guest were loud and throwing stuff arguing call downstairs about it and problem still wasn’t resolved. So my husband and I had absolutely no sleep at all the entire night, and had to both leave and drive couple hrs on no sleep. "

"Free breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and freshly prepared. This was a very nice and clean hotel with all of the amenities. Downtown location was close to everything we wanted to see. You do have to pay for overnight parking but that’s expected for a downtown location. "
