"This is one of the best rooms we ever stayed in Europe. The room was clean, very spacious and great amenities. Our room even had a washer/dryer combo which they provided the pods to use. It is located in the heart of Old Town so everything is accessible by walking. Many restaurants, bars, and sites all around."

He asked me for help. After confirming that he had a reservation, I let him in. I kindly tried to help him find a bed so he could check himself in and handle the formalities at the front desk the next day, but he was extremely rigid and panicked, eventually fleeing the scene.
