"Very nice staff very clean and quiet"

"My deadbolt would not work. It was late when I realized it and I didn’t want to bother anyone. The motel did seem rundown on the outside which kind of scared me as I was traveling alone. However, the staff was extremely nice and my room was nice and very clean."

"Shawn was a great host as was Mary (behind the scene). The place is already charming but as Shawn explained, a work in progress, as they continue working on preserving this piece of history. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. We enjoyed sharing it with the other guests."
