O estabelecimento está passando por reformas, mas, no geral, achei o hotel pouco vantajoso pelo preço que cobra. Quarto pequeno, banheiro antigo e mal conservado, com aspecto de sujeira. Café da manhã razoável, poderia ter mais opções de comidas regionais, ex: pamonhas!

A pousada é bem localizada, tem estacionamento gratuito e está localizada no centro histórico da cidade; a cama, banheiro são bons; o café da manhã é razoável; ar condicionado não atende muito bem, pois as janelas e fresta do banheiro fazem perder muito o condicionamento; Wi-fi bem básico; atendimento fraco; sem acessibilidade, degraus por todo o lado, de vários tamanhos.

A pousada é muito bem localizada, limpa, os quartos são pequenos e tem algumas dificuldades na organização. Por exemplo, pedi arrumação do quarto e quando voltei no final do dia, não tinha sido feita. Os funcionários são solícitos e cordiais.

O hotel é bom, mas pode melhorar. Inclusive eles estão em obras, acredito que em breve deve estar maior e com mais opções. Café da manhã é localização muito boas. O melhor na estadia foi o atendimento. O proprietário, foi muito solicito e interessado em sugestões para melhorar. Mas nada superou o atendimento da Norma.
