Great hotel at a great location. All staff is very professional and welcoming. Our housekeeper Jaqueline was very welcoming, professional, efficient and did a great job. Second time we stay here will stay again

Disparado é o melhor hotel de Anápolis. Nunca reclamei de nada (só esse ano já fiquei 4 vezes). Mas, tive uma péssima experiência no check out (um único funcionário ficou atendendo, um grupo de 3 hóspedes estrangeiros por muito tempo). E também, ao pedir meu carro o mesmo veio “fervendo”, pois, estava em um estacionamento 100% exposto ao sol. Pagar a parte um estacionamento com uma diária cara para os padrões de Anápolis (R$ 16,00 é até barato, mas, é desaforo), para deixar o carro no sol, não tem muita lógica. Mas, continuarei me hospedando no Radison sempre.

Ótimo e já fiquei várias vezes

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto confortável e limpo. Apenas deixar a sugestão de melhorar a parte da piscina que está abandonada e o ofurô poderia ser coberto pois a água fica fria o tempo todo pelo vento e o local do bar não funciona. A sauna poderia permanecer ligada final da semana pois demora a esquentar. Por fim o café da manhã caiu muito a qualidade nas opções e variedades e muita demora ao fazer a taioca e o omelete e tiraram o pão com ovo.

O hotel tem excelência em tudo! Destaco o atendimento do Édson recepcionista no meu check-in as 23 horas (extremamente simpático e eficiente). Vou pontuar apenas duas coisas. A cobrança do estacionamento, apesar de barata, não existia tempos atrás, e acho que pelo valor da diária, poderia estar inclusa. E o meu check-out, já foi o oposto da chegada. Atendente ríspido e mal humorado, que sinceramente, não se parece em nada com o perfil do estabelecimento.
