O quarto limpo, o check-in e check-out foram rápidos... mas o chuveiro não esquentava tão bem e a TV no meu quarto não ligou... café da manhã com poucas opções de coisas salgadas, mas com fartura do que tinha, e o misto só frio.. sem misteira para esquentar.. a piscina não usei.. Mas o hotel fica perto dos locais que eu precisava e o aplicativo atendeu bem rápido nas minhas saídas..

O principal ponto negativo foi a demora no atendimento durante o check-in. Ao chegar ao balcão, aguardei um tempo excessivo para receber a chave do quarto. Durante o atendimento, a funcionária manteve conversas paralelas com uma colega, o que transmitiu a sensação de falta de prioridade ao serviço prestado. Como eu estava em viagem de trabalho, e não de lazer, essa demora acabou impactando minha programação e contribuiu para um atraso em meus compromissos.

Hotel com muitas coisas para melhorar. Limpeza e quartos velhos. Particularmente tivemos uma experiencia ruim, pois queriam nos cobrar dobrado no check in e no check out, queriam nos colocar em outro quarto. E nao gostamos da estrutura. Cafe da manhã nao muito bom tambem.

Café da manhã interessante. Mas tive um problema na reserva ai da não resilvido. Fiz a reserva de 2 quartos e chegando ao local fui informado que não poderia co firmar minha reserva porque estavam com problema de acesso às informações do Expedia. Então acabei pagando as reservas pela hoteis.com e também no local. Estou aguardando o estorno do que paguei na hoteis.com até agora sem resposta

Eu ja conhecia o hotel e sempre gostei das instalações que só tem melhorado. A localização é bastante estratégica, perto da BR153. O custo benefício é outro ponto forte do hotel. Eu recomendo.

O sistema do Hotéis.com nao estava funcionando e tive que pagar a estadia na recepção. Embora tenha recebido a confirmação pelo email de hotel.com, a recepção do hotel Biss Inn informou que o sistema estava fora do ar há alguns dias e eles nao tinham a reserva. Que frustração e nao utilzarei mais o site Hotéis.com e nao recomendo.

Infelizmente, minha experiência no hotel foi abaixo das expectativas. *Problemas encontrados:* - O quarto não correspondia à foto mostrada no site. - O quarto tinha um cheiro forte de mofo. - Os banheiros precisam de manutenção: - Torneira pingando sem parar. - A piscina estava com água suja. - Alguns funcionários foram mal educados.
