"1. The Power Outage was a big issue as we couldn’t use any amenities like the Room Heater, Electric Kettle, etc. Only a lamp was running on Inverter. 2. The Free Breakfast was included in my itinerary as shown on my email but wasn’t the same on the hotel’s email by Expedia, and to sort this out I had to struggle quite a bit because the Network Reception was very bad and Expedia wasn’t able to contact the Hotel for this issue. "
