poor check in experience

入住登記的接待小姐英文很不好，連問她隱形眼鏡藥水在哪裡可以買到,居然說她不知道，臉超臭。用餐回來房鎖還壞掉，打不開門。 第二天換了另一位櫃檯小姐，非常親切，終於可以順利用英文溝通，還協助我打德國境內電話，很感謝她。

Hotel altamente recomendado.

Hotel muito aconchegante, muito bem localizado, ao lado da Frauenkirche e em frente do pequeno shopping da cidade. A acomodação é espaçosa e confortável. Limpeza muito boa e tudo estava perfeito. O café da manhã é saboroso porém simples. Mas tem todo o necessário. Hotel altamente recomendado.

Einizigartiges Jugendstil-Ambiente im Zentrum der Stadt. Verkehrlich gut gelegen, incl. des angebotenen, wenige Meter entfernten Parkhauses. Alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. TIP: Nebenan (!) ist eine sehr zu empfehlende Fischgaststätte ("Gastmahl des Meeres") mit großem, vielfältigen Angebot, freundlichem Personal sowie leckerem Essen (auch für nicht Fischesser ist etwas dabei!)

Sehr angenehmes Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Das Personal ist überraschend nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel hat sogar einen Aufzug, liegt mitten in der Innenstadt, gegenüber vom ehemaligen Kaufhaus. Das Frühstück ist super und reichhaltig, es wird ständig nachgelegt und es gibt sogar Brötchen vom Bäcker. Wir hatten die größeren Zimmer gebucht, diese waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Ein Zimmer hatte einen wunderschönen Stuck an der Zimmerdecke. Man kann mit dem Auto bis ans Haus ranfahren (nur Parkverbot) und in der Umgebung gibt es kostenpflichtige (ich glaube 9:00 Uhr bis 19:00 Uhr) Parkplätze. Wir sind dann mit unseren Autos max. 1km aus der City rausgefahren und haben dort kostenfrei geparkt. Nur an der WLAN Versorgung könnten die Betreiber etwas verbessern, dies war etwas abenteuerlich, ist man nun on oder doch nicht?

Zentrales und schönes Hotel in Görlitz

Zentrales Hotel. Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und entsprechend den Bildern eingerichtet. Leider hörte man andere Hotelgäste, insbesondere über dem Zimmer, übermäßig stark. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit Blick auf den Platz vor den Hotel. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Es gibt für die diese Hotelkategorie nichts zu bemängeln.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung/Frühstück im Hotel Am Goldenen Strauss. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, fast schon herzlich - top! Das Zimmer insgesamt sehr sauber. Kleine Minibar, TV, im Bad alles, was man für eine Übernachtung benötigt, abgesehen von der Zahnbürste. Das Frühstücks Buffett war reichhaltig und ließ nichts vermissen. Leicht hektisch im Ablauf zu Stoßzeiten. Tipp: Kaffeesahne gibt es nur auf Bestellung bei der Buchung, sonst normale Milch. Bei der Buchung direkt im Hotel, wird man darauf hingewiesen, bei den einschlägigen Portalen leider nicht. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, unbedingt mal in "Die Kugel" einkehren. Ca. 300 m entfernt. Google hilft ;) Wunderschön angelegter Hofgarten, alternativ angehaucht, sehr nett, vegetarische/vegane Speisen und Getränke. Fazit zum Hotel und zu Görlitz: Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel in historischem, renoviertem Gebäude liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der Altstadt, sodass sich Görlitz' Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu Fuß erkunden lassen. Hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit aller Einrichtungen gibt es keinen Grund zur Beanstandung. Allerdings sind die Einzelzimmer z. T. recht eng geschnitten und das Hotel verfügt über keine Klimaanlage, was insbesondere in den wärmeren Monaten den Räumen unterm Dach nicht immer zum Vorteil gereicht.

eine Dachkammer viel zu eng und damit zu teuer,

Wir waren vom 22.12. bis 25.12. in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war nicht weihnachtlich geschmückt. Wir können nur jeden raten fahrt nicht zu den Feiertagen in die Stadt Görlitz man ist nicht auf Touristen eingerichtet alle Restaurant sind geschlossen oder es ist nur möglich zu essen wenn du reserviert hast. leider gab es auch keine Information vom Hotel Personal so sind wir am Heiligen Abend total hungrig ins Bett gegangen und hatten auch an der Rezeption keinen Ansprechpartner den die war geschlossen. Es gab im Hotel ein Restaurant das war geschlossen und auch keine Bar wo man etwas zu trinken hätte bekommen können. Das war ein trauriges Weihnachtsfest, vielen Dank Hotel am Goldenen Strauß

Super Hotel in Görlitz City

Ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage in Görlitz. Zentraler geht es wohl nicht. Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in tadellosem Zustand. Besonders das Bad: komplett saniert und super toll. Gleichbleibend warmes Wasser, sehr sauber, sehr großzügig. Besonders das Restaurant / der Frühstücksraum besticht mit warmer Atmosphäre und einem sehr gediegenem Ambiente.

Good stay in the heart of town

Pros: Clean room, fast service and fast invoice preparation. Excellent choice of meal at breakfast. Superb location in the centre. of the town. Free wi-fi. Cons: bad smell from bathroom.
