"This was a hotel that promised a lot but delivers far below expectation. The check in desk didn't have my reservation details, the room had a leaking air condition, faulty bath tub and faulty door. There was only one breakfast served for a room with 2 paying adults. Would not come here again."

"The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz"

The staff are not trustworthy as they initially denied any relationships with the booking agency I used, including the payment I made until I shiwed them the receipt. "Horrible place. Old, decrepit, and looks like a haunted building. It is dark, gory, and quite literally like a ghost asylum. The air conditioning does not work.
