"Villa Kayahan is very well maintained with a fabulous pool area. The villa is very spacious and can easily accommodate up to 8 people with separate en suites for each bedroom. Only thing worth noting is that it is a longer than perhaps expected walk to the town/restaurants etc for eating out so we used taxis to and from (approx 100 TL each way). There is a good local shop for all basic needs approx a 10 minute walk away. Very good comms with the owner. "

"This hotel was amazing. I stayed in Fethiye overnight to get the ferry to Rhodes, Greece in the morning and this hotel was a ONE MINUTE WALK from the ferry! You could see it from the balcony, which overlooks the beautiful marina with lots of ships coming and going. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. I walked up the hill to Nude restaurant (5 minute walk) and had an amazing meal. I would definitely stay here again during my next trip to...

"Çok kaliteli bir yerdi. Aşçısıyla, personeliyle, işletme müdürüyle güleryüzlü insanların olduğu bir işletme. Sanırım bugüne kadar kaldığım bu segment konaklama yerlerinin en iyisiydi. Villa tasarımı, eşyaların kalitesi, temizliği ve olanaklarıyla büyüleyiciydi. Daha uzun süre konaklamak için tekrar geleceğiz. Özellikle Tanya Hanım’a teşekkür ederim."

"We loved the breakfast and pool area, staff were nice and friendly, overall it had a lovely vibe and we had a fantastic weeks holiday with two children aged 9 and 11. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. WiFi wasn’t the best, as it only worked in certain bits of the suite and cut out in other rooms. Despite this we would stay again and highly recommend! "

"Zunächst einmal möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Mitarbeiter super nett waren und auch unser Zimmer sehr geräumig war. Das Frühstück war lecker und die Anlage sauber. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer (17) kein Internet, die Toilette wackelte und in der Dusche stand das Wasser. Leider war auch der Fernseher ziemlich klein (30cm auf vllt 50cm). Meines Erachtens ist zumindest das Internet ein Muss, hier sollte eine Lösung gefunden werden."

"A very enjoyable stay at Casa Lumar for our getaway, added with it being adults only, only helped with the relaxation. Parking is great when within 7am to 7pm but outside of these hours the road is blocked so you will have to park 1 minute away on the road which is ok as not far at all. The hotel is very clean and very professional added with the service the staff deliver which made our time there very special. We would recommend this hotel for adults wanting peace and quiet and also a great cocktail to relax."

"Beautiful stay. I believe they offer an airport shuttle (that you pay for) but getting here by transit was tough. We should’ve mapped this out beforehand, or just eaten the cost to take a taxi the whole way. The property itself is beautiful with stunning views and an amazing pool. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, and if they had served dinner too, I would have happily eaten there every night. While the hotel doesn’t have its own pool, don’t let that put you off. They’ve thought of everything! The owner kindly arranged for me to access a nearby pool free of charge - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Of course, that would be dependent on the availability at the pool, but I never had any issues with that, and it was a great solution. Some might worry about noise because of how close the hotel is to the centre, but for me, the location was perfect. I loved being just a 2-minute walk from everything! And if you simply shut the bathroom window and balcony door and turn on the aircon, it’s peaceful and comfortable. My favourite part? The mornings. Everyone else was still asleep, and I would enjoy my coffee in complete serenity, listening to birdsong and taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains. Truly mirific. This place has heart, soul, and hospitality that’s hard to find. A hidden gem! Shaban and team, I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon! Aida"
