"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. "really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "Best communication ever. Messages were prompt, thorough, detailed, accurate, and so helpful. The location could be better. The room was fantastic. The only reason you might not stay is no elevator and lots of stairs. But if you can handle stairs this was excellent choice. We also appreciated being able to wash clothes and laundry pods provided. Clothes dried quickly on drying racks. We bought a few groceries at the store and cooked breakfast in the kitchenette. The coffee was also very good....
