"We were greeted with a cold towel and a drink, which was most welcome. We were able to occupy our lodge 3 hours early, which was amazing - thank you. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious, with a welcome fruit basket. The site was spotless and well maintained. ALL the staff were friendly and helpful, with nothing to much trouble for them to assist us, even printing off our boarding passes for our return trip _TOP TIP - Marrakech airport INSISTS on paper boarding passes. Breakfast was plentiful, usual pasties, toast and cereals with some fruit, also an omelette station OASIS restaurant served some amazing food, and on the Friday, had live music. The shuttle to the Medina was very welcome and well used. The adjoining water park was amazing and free to enter. A lounger worked out to about £2 a day, so no real biggy, Great crepes and waffles. Overall an excellent stay, with no complaints. Second tip, the use of GLOVO - similar to deliveroo, meant you could get deliveries of snacks and drinks not available at the hotel, or the odd fast food delivery. Very easy to use. We are unlikely to visit Marrakech again, but would recommend OASIS lodges to any one thinking to visit."
