"The only staff that was helpful was the person who checked us out. We wanted a pool and upon arrival they notified us that it was closed. When we asked to have our room cleaned they didn’t do it and when we ran out of toilet paper we had to get our own. They continued to run out of breakfast. On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. "The Ramada is a perfectly adequate, inexpensive place to stay that is near the people we come to visit. The breakfast is nice and well supplied by the staff. My only disappointment was that the pool was not functional. I booked my stay at this motel so that my grandson could have some pool fun."
