"Checking in was a nightmare. They tell you to call a number but no one answers. So many guests were waiting in the parking lot, while we were there. We waited for an hour to get in. Once in, the room smelled musty. The radiator wasn't hooked up or capped. We turned it on by accident and water poured out onto the electric radiator right next to it. Then the hair dryed was on the floor behind the toilet. Besides being gross, another fire hazard."
