Rooms are pretty well updated and comfortable. Very clean. Convenient to be able to park right in front of the door. Only part I didn't like was it felt so dark inside; it needs better lighting inside. Playground and green space is very nice to have for the kids that need to run.

We stayed at Best Western Antlers for four nights. My family and I were genuinely impressed. Lots to do and the staff were very helpful and nice. The best by far was the breakfast served daily. They provided a very generous and delicious spread. Five stars for sure. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is the best for families! So many things to do right at the hotel!! We played pickleball, swam in the pool, played corn-hole, frisbee golf, used the laundry facilities, used the game room, ate delicious free breakfast in the hotel lobby every morning, walked everywhere because it was so close to the theme park and hot springs and downtown, and rode the train there! Fantastic staff and even a friendly bear strolled through the area one night! Very pretty grounds are well maintained. Great family friendly place to stay!!

Had a great stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Our room was not ready at check in at 4pm. Room wasn’t ready until 5pm. Staff refunded our parking fee for this inconvenience.

The front desk staff, particularly Andrew, was very friendly, helpful and professional! We always come back to this hotel because it is quiet, laid back, and we really like the firepits, pool and hot tub, and outdoor games. The location makes it walkable to everything is Glenwood.

There was a dead mouse in the hinge of our bathroom door my husband had to take care of before my children freaked out. The beds were terrible and they were fulls when I paid for 2 queen beds with a pull out sofa. The lady at the front desk was rude. The bath tub/shower was poorly designed and collected water all the way around and on to the floors, we had to put 3 towels around tub every time we took a shower. Pretty sure there was black mold above shower/tub. Breakfast was good. Pool/hot tub was nice.

Property was great! Well maintained and pet friendly. Even though it was pet friendly never heard noise from a pet once. The quietest stay at a hotel we have ever had. Close to many atttractions!
