"The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. "It appears that this Ramada Inn may have become accommodation for people going through rough times and transitions in their lives. The sidewalks around the property were covered in trash and old diapers. There is no 'business center', I also did not see a 'fitness center'. While the room itself was clean and well maintained the rest of hotel was shabby. In the breakfast room there was a cabinet door falling off its hinges. "We liked it cause we could park in front of our room but it’s a very small and tight fit to be able to do that."

"On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there."

"This is not a typical hotel, as it has a very hipster feel to it - even a billiards table in the lobby that you can play for free. Breakfast was pretty standard, but I appreciated that there were a lot of condiments to add to both yogurt and oatmeal. I’m not a pancake person, but the pancakes looked good and they were fruit toppings for them. Fitness Center had a good variety of weights and balls, even a Peleton. Provided water bottles on arrival."
