"This hotel is not for you if you want modern key carded rooms. Most certainly there is a regal atmosphere in its accommodation. The bedroom gave me concern as it was at the top of the main stairs and could have been noisy however that was not the case. It was quiet and very adequate in value for money. "The breakfast was continental, tea, toast, coffee, orange juice, fruit, cereal, pastries, yoghurt and delicious overnight oats. We do like a cooked breakfast though so this is a mark down for us. The room was beautiful and clean with tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate and mints which was a nice touch. There were small shower gels in the bathroom and a lovely rain shower.
