The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!

The room was disgusting. Burn holes on the bedding, dirty floors. In a nonsmoking room! Bugs everywhere.

Disappointing

Should be a $50 motel. Was jacked up to $200 for race weekend. Towels were stained. No hand towels. One wash cloth. Bedspread and mattress covers were old and dirty. Appliances and tv dirty any outdated. Everything needs updating. Would never stay there again.

At first our 1 night stay was ok untill nightfall when the dopers started hanging out but thats anywhere now these days room looked clean had a lil hint of a smoke smell which was a nonsmoking room till we seen bed sheets had burn holes in em but hey whatever what got me was the fact dawn came in sitting there and started seeing roaches crawling on the wall dresser even had 1 on the table bout that time im waking the wife up like we getting out of here now went 2 the front 2 ask 4 a refund and since we done stayed there couldnt get nothing back its like dude didnt care or it was a normal incident will not be going back there will be reporting this to everything i can for 100$ you wud figure it would be decent but it was not stay clear of travel inn now called the knights inn located in glade springs va

Location was convenient for access to the Virginia Creeper Trail. The motel desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was horrible! The linens had cigarette burns and stains, and really should've been incinerated! Yuck, yuck, yuck. The bathroom floor still had pee on it in front of the toilet. The bed spread felt like cardboard it was so stiff, and was so disgusting that we didn't dare use it.

This room is DISGUSTING!! First the key did not work and the room reaked of smoke and it was supposed to be non smoking... Holes and stains on the bed linen and comforter.. Barhroom was nasty the white shower curtain was black and couldn’t even sit in the chairs because they were so filthy!! I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!! I had to leave because it was so unsanitary! The reviews I read before booking and eating was an absolute LUE!! I have NEVER in my life stayed or seen anything like this!

I’m not a prude but this place is awful. Avoid avoid avoid. Spent way too much for a cruddy room. Stains everywhere from the bed, sheets, chairs, wall, doors, tub and toilet. Behind the bed steak stains that I don’t want to know of. Sheets with hair and red stains. Can only imagine. Front desk after arriving requires a $30 room deposit. Still not refunded even though I went down at 530 like instructed and woke up the attendant. Was told to try the restaurant attached. Another poor choice on my part. Just go somewhere else. There is an Econolodge next door that was cheaper I think.
