"Difficult to get ahold of the admin and unless I casually found the general admin of the building supervising the premises I wouldn’t have gotten ahold of the laundry door entry codes. "Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"The views are incredible- lake facing with balcony off living and bedroom. It is a couple flights up so be prepared to carry your luggage. Only complaint is the WiFi went out - router not located in apartment and never heard back after sending email about it for two days."

Outstanding location

"Outsanding and unique property. The views are stunning and breakfast is great. We were worried that it will be hot at night with no AC. It is higher up aka cooler at nights anyways so had no issues there (they have strong fans anyways). Super friendly staff and amazing ambience. Rustic and unique - definitely returning!"

"Exceptional service. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the the area and provided us with great recommendations. They provided us shuttle service to the town over where we went to their restaurant. Great food! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. "

"Pure magic! We loved the property so much that it was hard to leave to explore Lake Como. Amazing beach bar and cabanas with excellent service. Complimentary kayak and paddleboatds. The front desk was beyond helpful and so patient going out of their way to make sure we had an unforgettable stay. We’ll be back. Also should note buses in the area don’t run on time and a car rental would be challenging with the super narrow windy streets. "

"We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️ "
