Service was impecable and the place nothing short of amazing. My hiking boots broke, they noticed and Sam offered to fixed them and they were line new. Oscar at the bar is a class act.

Very nice stay!!
Wonderful experience. Good breakfast (especially the one to go). The fire in the room is very nice and the hotel is very clean. People are nice and warm.

The place isn’t anywhere near as nice as the pictures. Nice staff but that’s about it. Overpriced like everything else in Rwanda.

Waking up to the views of Lake Kivu were amazing the food and the staff were fantastic! Margret and her team were very friendly, attentive and catered to our needs. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures.online. Can’t wait to go back- Would highly recommend .

The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel
