"This hotel is old and worn. The pictures are deceiving."

"I didn't like that the television was located facing a bed but not both of them. I couldn't adjust the television sound on the remote or switch the channels from the bed closest to the bathroom. The breakfast delivery bag was great."

"The staff and hotel were nice and conveniently located. Our issue was with our room. It was NOT clean and there were no other rooms available due to a softball tournament. The shower had hair in the catch, BOOGERS on the wall, the towels were messed up as if they hadn’t been replaced, there was a coffee cup in the fridge, the floor had clearly not been mopped, an air freshener was left on the ledge, the ice bucket was UNDER the bed and everytime we moved it sounded as if the bed was going to...

"I reserved three rooms for family vacation. one room, Our room was moldy and smells like mold. the ceiling has water damage on it. ceilings & walls has mold like discoloration. The lamp was rusted. the sink for both rooms that I reserved was not draining. carpet smells. The Receptionist tried his best to call manager but manager was not responding. "Spark is very close to the wildlife refuge. Walking distance to Blackfin and McDonald's. Our stay was comfortable and we'd stay here again."

"We would absolutely stay here again. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, the room/beds comfortable. Convenient to shops and the restaurant right next door was a plus. Gorgeous views! Very nice pool area. I was a little concerned about the highway but you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. Overall the property rates high on our list and I tend to be picky. Oh the hot water was pleasantly hot as I love a good hot bath! Highly recommend!"
