"The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

"If you book at this b&b be very sure that you check in by stopping by Hotel Verdon BEFORE reaching to your destination of Les Jardins de Lermitage .. its a 5 minutes drive away in the opposite direction of where cottages are ..We did not see this instruction pre arrival and when we got there, it was a a bit of a chore to find out that theres no checking in at the cottage itself. "The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning.
