"On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly.
Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated."

"Perfect place for one night away with our kids. We ended up having dinner there as we got 4 drinks vouchers at check-in. Free breakfast buffet was a hit as we stayed here before departing on an international flight. Only 25min from Coolangatta airport away. It was perfect for us. "My second stay here Samantha at reception made sure my check in was so smooth and effective even moving me to a ground floor room which helped me so much as I’m a road trip to sort out my luggage in the car. The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked so well on the TV and laptop. Bathroom was more spacious than the room itself and shower had excellent water pressure. A suggestion I love to make is put up some extra hooks on the walls always handy. Thank you for a comfortable stay."
