"The room had a very damp feeling. The covers seemed to be damp. The location was terrible. There were alot of people hanging outside, looks as if they we're living there. Overall my experience was very unsatisfactory."

"1. At check in the coffee in the was water . 2. Unable to watch regular channels on tv, all they had was streaming TV. When all I wanted was watch was the NBA PLAYOFFS on regular TV. For 4 days I couldn't watch regular channels. 3. I booked the for 4 days everytime I went out in evening I to go back down (3rd fl) to the front desk to reactivate the room card because they DEACTIVATED the card every day (,imagine that). 4. As much as I travel I have never seen a hotel breakfast with so little breakfast items. 5. I asked the owner/general if the fitnees room is open she yes, when get to FR a sign on the door reads FR TEMPORARY CLOSE. When back to the front desk the "OWNER " stated is just one machine that's working . 6. Everytime I get off the elevator and get back on the exit door is always propped open with the mat. That's telling me anybody can come and go. And is major security problem. I have no idea what your standards are for a hotel for you to recommend them for a stay. I will definitely will not go back and importantly I will not recommend it to family and friends."

"when we were told that we had to pay for basic internet or had to be a convoy member, that really surprised us. on top of that, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. with this being the summer time and it being humid, the bathroom was always damp after a shower. there was also a homeless person sitting by the pool access door when we came back to the hotel. this made us feel a little unsafe."

"Property was a bit outdated. Elevators and halls could use some work. Room was clean, but definitely could’ve been more clean. Linens need a lot of work. Carpet was sticky if the room got humid, could definitely benefit from a shampoo. Very hard to prop up in bed with the pillows provided."

"The property was right across the street from Publix in a nice, clean, quiet and safe area with a McDonald’s near by. Also, the entire staff were absolutely great — the hotel is well worth the money especially for a weekend with family and friends with an in house full bar, continental breakfast and service desk snack center."
