"Well located with excellent facilities including washing machines in the rooms along with kitchenette (microwave, cooktop with pans and utensils coffee machine and dishwasher). Detergents provided and more available at reception.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

"we spent almost 1 hour trying to figure out on the self check in. There were a few people at the lobby with the same experience.
it should be clearly stated that we need to scan the QR to register our details. Then obtain the booking reference no. and use it to login in.
we were trying to key in the hotel booking no. on various attempts but not successful. It got complicated bcos we booked 3 rooms and we need 3 booking reference no.
other than that, the hotel is ok
