"Very good location, close to the Vatican. We were provided our room early (not too common in Europe) and got upgraded to a balcony corner room with view of the Vatican (thank you Alessandro). Amazing help on tours, places to see and eat at by Marika! Very complete and delicious breakfast making for a fantastic 3 day stay in Rome."

"Lovely stay and the staff and team were very supportive. Whilst it's a little way out of the city centre, it's easily doable and the shuttles are good (also means you get a lot more space than a crowded city centre hotel). Only complain is that our air conditioning unit rattled a LOT!! And did compromise our sleep each night... I did as for maintenance to fix but never heard back... Other than that a good hotel and good value for money"

"This hotel is very well located, walking distance from ma y important sites, including the Pantheon, the Coloseum, the Forum, the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. And yet, it is removed from the very center of the tourist crowds. Excellent restaurants are all also in walking distance. The only time we travelled by taxi was to visit the Vatican. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The rooftop restaurant is a gem, providing a bird's eye view of the surrounding area....

"Best Western was amazingly located near the Vatican and in the heart of things. The staff was great. The room we selected could hold the 5 of us and did just that. It housed us. There were 2 TVs however there was no way for the remotes to only change their respective TVs so we were always fighting with each other. They had a nice 2nd floor outdoor space."
