Spent one night. This hotel was convenient to some plans we had the next day. The price was right too. WE were not looking for luxury. The room was nice and clean. Staff helpful. The free breakfast was the usual motel/hotel fare. Not a deal breaker, but the elevator had a weird number system.....Read the sign in the elevator.....our room was 300 something, but you had to push #2 floor and we were on the 2nd floor. The rooms on the 1st floor were numbered in the 200's. There was a lower level and I guess they were the ones in 100's...??? You had to pay attention or you'd end up on the wrong floor.

The woman who checked me in was rude , and not very helpful. I had been driving nine hours, and was tired, so admittedly I was not at my sharpest, but when I asked her to point me in the direction of my room she acted like I was being a royal inconvenience. Then my key card wouldn't work and she acted like it was my fault, even after she mentioned it might be a little testy when she gave it to me. And I tried the key in every direction and jiggled the handle and even after the light turned green my door stayed locked. Please either get better readers on the doors, or at least try to pretend to be pleasant for the ten minutes of our lives we both wasted and can't ever get back. Otherwise the room was quite adequate, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Not sure why they have bad reviews, must be people with to much time on their hands, rooms clean, had coffee out 24 hours, I had left before breakfast but looked like nice breakfast area. For a good price room and short stays I'd recommend.
