Hotel Dekat Getambe Temple

"Great staff , very attentive , great food, clean and tidy rooms … Pool, mountain views and ambience are Amazing !!!!"

"I try to write fair, detailed reviews as I rely on them myself when choosing properties. Mountbatten appealed to me for its heritage positioning and proximity to Kandy’s historical centre, and in many ways it delivered. Location & Atmosphere – 5★ The setting is exceptional: tranquil, elevated, surrounded by greenery, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning and the staff are very mindful of guests seeking quiet. It genuinely feels peaceful. Service – 5★ Warm, attentive and...

"Everything was very good including the breakfast and dinner"

"Amazing staff, very accommodating. The views are amazing and the place is very relaxing and quiet"

"Hard to find"

"The property was a beautiful garden oasis, with lush flowers and trees everywhere. Rooms were modest but very comfortable. Management and staff were incredibly attentive and always friendly. Food was delicious. Would recommend this gem to anyone, and hope to return."

"Great Hotel"

"We arrived on location 2 hours prior to check in from à long 5 hour drive. Our driver told us there were many traffic jams along the way so we were not sure about ETA. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to wait in the lobby only to be told our room was not available as they had a group of people that would only come back in the evening so we were redirected to another - unsuitable- hotel for our specific needs. The hotel manager told us they they had already issued the refund for our stay...

"Thank you Deepika from the reception for all your help and thanks all other staff-members for the good service. This is a very nice place "away from it all" up in the mountains"

"Good customer service. There was unexpected rain but they even changed our rooms for us. The workers were extremely polite and the breakfast was excellent. They were very helpful and kind with us, and I highly recommend this place for everyone."

"Very good for the price "

"The couple were warm and friendly, the room was clean and tidy, and the view of the terrace was very good. The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I have been calling Hotel.com but have not responded. I hope that hotel. Upon seeing this comment, com will follow up and pay the hotel owner’s...
