The great place to have an overnight a couple of minutes from A8. All things are good - new hotel, comfortable bedding, greatly noiseproof, welcoming staff, free parking. what do you need more to have a good rest and safe night on your trip? Keep going, guys!

Good quiet location with plenty of parking space. However it's not close to center Augsburg so if you don't drive, it's not recommended

The Expedia platform advertised air conditioning although the room was not equipped with this feature. Our room was nice, however it was very hot as we visited in July. Unfortunately the temperature gauge did not display the room temperature, though we were not comfortable due to the climate in the room. The staff was friendly and we had no other issues but we would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room or lobby.

Très bel établissement très propre et accueillant

Suite à un petit souci lié au processus de reservation, la personne responsable de l'accueil très gentiment et très efficacement trouvé une solution. L'hôtel est très propre et très bien tenu. Je recommande.

Wir waren über Pfingsten dort - 5 Tage. Es wurde leider kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht. Das Hotel an sich und die Nähe grüne Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Lobby war gemütlich. Haben uns auch noch einen Snack am Abend an der Bar gegönnt. Von der A8 aus gut zu erreichen und mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich ausgestattet und wir haben gut darin die Nacht verbracht. Sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gepflegt, saubere Zimmer, schönes Bad, bequemes Bett. Es liegt im Industriegebiet, was okay ist, wenn man mobil ist. Schlecht ist der Service. Ich bin um 15 Uhr eingetroffen (Check-Inn war lt. Mail ab 14 Uhr). Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, ich sollte einen Moment warten. Nach 50 Minuten fragte ich nach (ich hatte eine Reise von 8 Stunden hinter mir). Man müsse eben noch die Reinigung kontrollieren, ca. 10 Minuten würde es noch dauern. Um 16.15 Uhr fragte ich erneut nach, erst schien es immer noch nicht fertig zu sein, als ich mich dann etwas deutlicher beklagte, konnte ich endlich mein Zimmer beziehen. In dieser Zeit wurde mir nicht einmal ein Kaffee angeboten, was ich als normale Reaktion empfunden hätte. Leider fand ich auch das Personal allgemein unfreundlich, beinahe abweisend. Als ich heute früh meine Schlüsselkarte zum Empfang brachte, bekam ich weder ein "Guten Morgen" noch wurde ich zum Aufenthalt befragt, verabschiedet oder mir gar eine gute Reise gewünscht. Die Dame schaute kaum vom Laptop auf. Vielleicht bin ich verwöhnt, aber das kenne ich von anderen Hotels so nicht.

Ich war bereits im November in dem Haus, allerdings auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes im Select. Das Select hatte mir sehr gut gefallen, weshalb ich dachte, das Acora sei genauso gut. Leider wurde ich dabei enttäuscht. ( Das Select und das Acora teilen sich eine Rezeption, die Bar und das Frühstücksbuffet) Wir sind am 2. Weihnachtstag angereist und uns wurde gesagt das Frühstück geht bis 11:30 Uhr. Super dachten wir, ausschlafen, als wir dann um 10:30 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, das das Frühstück nur bis 10:30 Uhr zur Verfügung steht. Da wir ein Appartment Zimmer hatten, war dies mit Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Spülbecken ausgestattet. Da wir am zweiten Tag lange unterwegs waren, haben wir uns etwas für die Mikrowelle zum Aufwärmen mitgenommen. Die Mikrowelle hat es nicht geschafft ein Mikrowellenbrötchen warm zu machen, diese scheint kaputt zu sein. Als wir abwaschen wollten, stellten wir fest es gibt weder ein Schwamm, noch ein Handtuch. Gut dachten wir uns, dann wird ja sicherlich morgen das Geschirr gewechselt. Was ich nicht erwähnt habe, am Tag 2 wurde unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Dies haben wir an der Rezeption angesprochen, es wurde sich notiert. Tag 3, den ganzen Tag unterwegs, kamen abends ins Hotel, Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir also wieder zur Rezeption, diesmal war eine andere Mitarbeiterin im Nachtdienst, die uns erklärt, die Zimmer werden nur 1x die Woche gereinigt. Hätten wir dies im Vorfeld gewußt, hätten wir nicht gebucht.

Die Hotelzimmer und das Frühstück sind klasse! Sehr negativ sind aber die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption die einen Belügen z.B. nach 7 Stunden Autofahren (14:30 Uhr) kommt man mit einem Kleinkind an und das Zimmer ist nicht fertig und dann wird gesagt Check in ist erst 15 Uhr was kompletter Blödsinn ist da dieser schon 14 Uhr ist! Das Zimmer konnten wir auch nicht wechseln laut Rezeption da wir ein Babybett im Zimmer hatten! Nur dumm das es Rollen unten hat und somit wär dies möglich. Somit durften wir 30 min warten bis wir endlich reinkonnten. Und dann hat man uns noch belogen bei der Zimmerreinigung! Fazit: Hotel Ausstattung top, Rezeption Schrott
