"Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!"

"We had wonderful time at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and let us feel welcomed. The food was outstanding, one of the best buffet we ever had. "The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. Lovely views, very quiet and smart tv was great."

"Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. "
