"Room reasonably priced for Munich area. Very close to train station for ride to city center. Room was clean and laundry available downstairs. The only negatives were we expected at minimum a refrigerator, which there wasn’t one and AC did not work, which made room a little uncomfortably warm. Also, no counter top area in bathroom. But, it served its purpose and the good out weighed the negatives. Highly recommend Viva Pizzeria across the street."

"The staff is very nice, the guy let us go to our room as soon as it was ready, we went before check in time, it was perfect bec we came from a long flight, we we're so tired. This place is close to the tourist spots in the city center. There's stores around, perfect spot to stay. They clean the room everyday with new towels. Perfect for families. Nice place."

"This property is not close to the city center but public transportation is close and convenient. The shower has mold and the baseboards are dirty. Linens were clean. The large couch has seen better days and prob needs to be replaced. Neighbors were noisey and construction next door didn't help. Grocery store around the corner and a bakery down the street. Secure area"
