"Breakfast was very nice, even before the hot food was served. We were able to eat a full breakfast at 4:30am before going to the airport. The room was also a nice size, although the shower and toilet aren't really a separate room which was a little weird at first. Otherwise very generous and spacious for a hotel so close to the airport. It's an easy 5 minute walk if you can manage some decline (to hotel) and incline (to airport)."

"The hotel was modern and clean. The location worked well for us, as close to the metro to get to the harbour and city attractions, close to a supermarket, and close to a rail station to get direct to Sintra and other attractions outside the city. We booked a top floor suite with a patio balcony. The downside was that although it had a fridge and microwave, there was no plates, glasses or cuttlery. Only paper cups were allowed as the hotel was still awaiting approval for these in the room. Hence spoilling a nice evening glass of wine on the patio with views of Lisbon."

"Nice breakfast, fine rooms, Eunice with housekeeping is incredibly fast and good at her job! Please reward her appropriately. Driver to and from the airport was excellent. Melissa with reception was professional and did a nice job. The manager of the restuarant/bar is very professional and polite. "
