"Rose Valley Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful with high arched ceilings and everything was very clean. The breakfast is cooked fresh for each table and was very delicious. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. My son was sick and Nuri took us to the pharmacy and helped us in getting medicine also he cut watermelons for my son late night. "Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm.
Navigating the winding stairs to the rooftop restaurant added to the adventure. Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather.

The view of the balloons was next level with them flying over our hotel and lots of spots to view. Either from breakfast or from the roof. Lots of accomodation.
Breakfast was served to us Individually with customization and individual plates because it wasn't busy.
Location was really great and we had a lot of restaurants and stuff nearby. This was a great thing to have. Right behind it was a ranch and rose Valley. Excellent location! Except for the annoying dogs barking every night.
Room is clean and ok equipped. No AC, no fans, no safe. So please keep that in mind. Otherwise clean.
